Before you brief us

Every project is clearer when the requirements are visible.

These answers explain our typical working approach. Your final product specification, commercial terms, quality requirements and delivery plan are confirmed for the individual project.

01

Starting a project

The first details that make a quotation useful.

Share the product category, estimated quantity, target market, preferred materials or fill, sizes, target price position and any reference images. A clear brief helps us assess the product application before sampling.

Yes. Send photos, a physical reference where practical, or a technical pack. We review construction, dimensions, fabric, filling, finish and packing requirements before confirming the sampling approach.

We support B2B bedding programs for hospitality, retail and private-label projects. The product brief and required documentation can differ by market, so we confirm those points at the beginning.

MOQ depends on product construction, fabric, filling, colour, packaging and the production setup required. Send your target quantity and we will advise the practical order level for that specification.

02

Custom product development

Built around an approved specification and sample.

Custom programs can include duvets, down duvets, pillows, cushions, bedding sets, sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, blankets and selected electric blanket projects. Availability is confirmed against the specific brief.

Yes. Care labels, woven labels, hangtags, inserts, barcode placement and outer packing can be planned to your approved artwork and packing instructions.

Fill selection starts with the intended use: hotel room, retail, seasonal range or promotional program. We then align on material type, weight, loft, hand feel, cover fabric and care expectations.

Yes. Sampling is the point to check fabric hand feel, dimensions, construction, fill distribution, label placement and packaging details. Bulk production planning follows approved sample and specification confirmation.

03

Quality and documentation

Questions to settle before production is released.

The working process can include material confirmation, in-process checks, finished-product review and shipment inspection against the agreed specification. The applicable checks are confirmed for each project.

Yes. If your program requires a third-party inspection, please include the inspection standard, timing and acceptance criteria in the order plan so preparation can be coordinated.

Depending on the product and target market, we can discuss product specifications, packing lists, test requirements, material declarations and other requested documents. Only documents applicable to the approved product should be included in the final program.

Electric blanket projects require early review of target-market requirements, product configuration, plug type, controls, testing and packaging. Please share the destination country before development begins.

04

Production and delivery

Practical planning for the route to shipment.

Lead time is shaped by sample approval, material availability, order quantity, seasonal production loading, custom packaging and inspection timing. We provide a project-specific production plan after the brief is confirmed.

Yes. Export carton, inner bag, pallet and shipping-mark requirements can be included in the packing brief. Final packing should protect the goods and align with your chosen logistics method.

We can prepare finished goods for the agreed shipment inspection and packing plan. Share your forwarder instructions, destination and required shipping documents early in the process.
